Our open plan Park has been carefully landscaped
for this quiet corner of the Lake District and as such makes it the
perfect choice for retired and semi-retired folk.
Nestled in the village of Bridgefoot, it has
unobstructed views of the beautiful Lakeland Fells of
Buttermere.
In order to preserve the wildlife areas on the Park
and to enhance the peace and tranquillity of Park life, it has been
decided to disallow cats and dogs.
Although children are not accepted as residents on the
Park, they are most welcome as visitors.
If you would like to visit Nepgill Park which includes
our new development, Millbanks Court, then follow these simple
directions:-
Journey west on the A66 from M6 J40 for 33 miles; take
left to Brigham/Broughton Cross at St. Bridget’s Church. Park is 2
miles on left from this turning and immediately before the village
sign for Bridgefoot.
