The Park
Nepgill Park has been thoughtfully landscaped to make the most of views across the surrounding countryside. The open-plan layout is unregimented and reflects the contours of the gently rolling farmland that surrounds the park. Our Park is licensed to take 64 homes, but we have decided to site only 59 to create a spacious environment where residents do not feel overlooked.

Nepgill Park prides itself on having a rural character and providing a varied habitat for wildlife. Residents look out on to scenery that is constantly changing. Snowdrops, crocus and daffodils dot our woodlands during springtime. Bluebells emerge in May followed by a profusion of wild flowers throughout the summer months. Our wild meadow areas attract ground-nesting birds such as ducks and pheasants and it's not unusal to spot a heron wading along the edge of the pond or to see a barn owl hunting at dusk. The red squirrels which have chosen to make Nepgill their home can be regularly seen at the many feeding boxes positioned in trees around the park.

With only two empty plots remaining on Millbanks Court, the development is nearing completion. We are now focusing on restoring the traditional stone buildings and roadways of the original park to their former glory.
