The Park

The sett stone access to the Park brings you to a 5-way junction on the original Nepgill Park. The stone buildings in the centre of the Park are now living accommodation and self contained flats.

Many mature trees exist within the old Park, now renamed to just Nepgill. The old tarmac road is being replaced with smooth cobbled setts.

The right hand road takes you to Millbanks Court; our new development of 27 plots each with their own garage, and only a few remain unsold.

There are several recreational areas including a POND with reeds, water plants, water fowl, amphibians and small mammals.

There are WOODS with snowdrops, crocus, daffodils and bluebells to name just a few in the spring and following on with varied flora throughout the summer, autumn and winter which makes a ready haven for our red squirrels and the WILD GRASSED AREAS with ground nesting birds, a profusion of wild flowers including several orchid species.

A truly rural landscape with fleeting views of the beautiful western fells of Bassenthwaite, Buttermere and Ennerdale combines to give restful appeal.
